Director & Co-Founder
Gus founded Tecknuovo to add value and provide a quality of service. No successful business is built around money and margins, something which can become very lost in the IT and Services industries. We have built Tecknuovo from the inside out, by focussing on our internal culture we are ensuring our external projection is where it needs to be. The results are exciting.
Director & Co-Founder
It’s important to break down entire teams from top to bottom, know the good engineers, the evangelists, and all of their best friends too. It’s his knowledge of the best DevOps environments that has led to Kieran’s success. Not at all bad when it comes to tech either, Kieran surely would have been better placed as an Engineer himself. He is Tecknuovo’s bridge between Technical and Business, understanding client requirements and translating them into tangible service lines.
Head of Client Partnerships
Jack is one of life’s great guys and that makes him a fantastic recruiter. He is a calm, assured voice for our DevOps network and valued Clients, thoroughly knowledgeable and gets the job done with zero fuss. An overall safe set of hands and very much embracing the DevOps community culture.

DevOps Consultant - Community Advocate
Dominique aka DevOps Dom, is the face of the DevOps Community here at Tecknuovo. Initially joined the team to look after DevOps Contract Recruitment, but gradually her role evolved into a more Community enabling role. Aside from attending all the DevOps related Meetups and events in London, she’s Docker Community Leader for London and runs the Docker London Meetup as well. Her passion for tech sparkles through everything she does and that’s pretty awesome.

Oliver (AKA: Ollie or Shortie) joined Tecknuovo to help build out the Development Recruitment function. He has been recruiting London based development positions since Java 1.6. Since then he has branched out into all things development and has been heard describing himself as a “full stack recruiter” although it would appear that this is yet to catch on. Interests outside of work include reading everything he can get his hands on and all forms of two wheeled locomotion. He is currently in a committed relationship with a custom Kawasaki W650 called Petronella.

Sophia is the resident Aussie to the office, better known as ‘Skip’. Her fast-paced attitude makes her a great member of the DevOps Contracts team. When Skip is out meeting candidates the office feels silent without her cheerful chatter. In her free time, she likes to relax watching a classic film with her poodle, Dolce and a glass of Scotch in her hand.

Head of Key Accounts
Shaun loves a placement. He is only happy if he has matched up candidate and client at least 4 or 5 times a month. Visibly unhappy should he fail to meet his personal targets, if you are working with Shaun you are in safe hands.

Incredibly hard working and always happy to dig in and find those truly awesome candidates, not just the visibly available ones. Jack is a company stalwart and one of the first Tecknuovo hires, while we were just a co-working space operation.

It’s tempting as a start-up, but at Tecknuovo we don’t believe in outsourcing core areas of our business, ever. Vicky is our Finance Manager and in charge of day to day accounts at Tecknuovo. Vicky is happy to help with any finance related queries. In her spare time she likes to tap-dance and bake and also has a passion for history so can usually be found at lunchtime with her head in a history book.
Amarni assists with daily accounting tasks at Tecknuovo. Reporting to Vicky - the finance manager - she makes sure all numbers add up in those scary excel spreadsheets. She will be happy to help with any invoice queries for all of our candidates and clients. Amarni is a real trooper, while working at Tecknuovo and undertaking studies in the serious field of accounting, Amarni still finds time to go out and meet with friends.
As the office administrator, Rosie makes sure everyone in the office is happy and everything is running smoothly. She also supports the finance and back office team. When she is not at work, you can find her making birthday cakes for the team.
Calvin is part of Shortie's Perm team. In his previous life, Calvin was a professional cricketer, which makes him a great team player. He is always up for a challenge, be it finding a perfect role for a candidate or attempting to eat a dozen Dunkin Doughnuts in an hour.
